Hi! We are headed to DLR this summer and my DD has a milk allergy. At WDW, she was able to get allergy-friendly Mickey waffles at several locations. Are they offered anywhere at DLR? If so, which restaurants? Trying our best to plan ahead. Thank you!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jennifer. So glad to hEAR you'll be heading to the Disneyland Resort this coming July.

I understand that several restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort use dairy-free, gluten-free flour for their Mickey waffles. There are definitely gluten-free Mickey Waffles available throughout the Disneyland Resort, as we have gluten sensitivities within my family. I contacted Disney Dining at the Disneyland Resort, but the Cast Member was unable to confirm whether the Mickey Waffles are dairy-free as well.

Disney is well-known for going "to infinity and beyond" for creating magical experiences for Guests, especially in regards to dietary needs and food allergies. I recommend when you make your dining reservations to indicate your daughter's milk allergy. You should also contact Disneyland Resort Special Diets at Special.Diets@disneyland.com for inquiries regarding your daughter's allergy. The sooner you make your dining reservations and notify Special Diets of your daughter's milk allergy, the more likely your requests can be addressed and fulfilled.

I hope this information is helpful for you. I wish you and your family an unforgettable trip to the Happiest Place on Earth in July, Jennifer. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
