    Having trouble processing my Disney cruise reservation. We have 3 children ages, 12 (almost 13), 9, & 5. Reserving 1 room and the website will not process our trip. What should I do besides call CS?

    I'm sorry you are having trouble booking your Disney Cruise vacation online. Before calling Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532, I would double check to make sure you are booking a stateroom that accommodates your family of five since not all staterooms sleep five Guests. It looks like you are trying to sail on the Disney Fantasy on October 1, 2016. When I plugged in the information you provided I did see some availability in the Concierge-level as well as some Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandahs in the midship and aft sections of the ship. Both these options will provide a spacious room with a view that will sleep your crew comfortably with at least 299 square feet to enjoy.
    Whenever I have trouble with a website I always switch to a different browser on my computer before I give up. Sometimes I have better luck in Chrome with some websites than Safari or Firefox. This may be something to try before you give Disney Cruise Line a call. If you can't figure out the problem, please don't hesitate to book your cruise with a Disney Cruise Line Reservation Specialist. They will be happy to assist you with your reservation and have you booked in no time at all!
