    I am having trouble ordering our Magic Bands was curious if it is because we booked through a travel agent and need a different number besides conformation number ?

    Dear Bobbie,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Great question about MagicBands, hope that I can help to clear things up for you!

    When you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation through your travel agent, he or she gave you a confirmation number as you mentioned above, correct? Have you tried to input that confirmation number on My Disney Experience? If you go to the main site, sign in with your email and password, then on the top right you should see My Disney Experience. Click there and it should prompt you to link your reservation using the confirmation number and your last name. Once you have done that, you should be able to click on MagicBands & Cards in order to personalize and order them. You can choose a color and a name for each MagicBand. 

    If you are still having problems getting to that link, I recommend that you call Walt Disney World Resort Web Support at (407)939-4357 and they should be able to sort you out. Sometimes a small error might happen and it might be preventing you to access your reservation.
