Having trouble deciding between POFQ & CB. looked at pictures & info on allears, net - What are the pros & cons of each? Which one would you choose? Would you pay would you pay the $400 more for the WL?? reviews say CB Busing is awful! HELP PLEA

    Hi there, Rebecca!

Full disclosure: I am a huge fan of Port Orleans French Quarter. Having stayed at both POFQ and Caribbean Beach, I would recommend POFQ without hesitation over CB. PortOrleans French Quarter is smaller and feels so much more warm and intimate; while it's definitely a large Resort, it's not overwhelming in its capacity. But remember that Caribbean Beach also serves as a convention facility, which makes it larger by design and by necessity,

The theming in each Resort is very detailed and provides a wonderful "flavor" to the experience, but as I said, there is something very friendly about the atmosphere at POFQ that I simply love.

Because of its size, buses do tend not to fill up as readily as they do at some of the larger Moderate Resorts, like Caribbean Beach or Coronado Springs. And the loop is not as large, so your travel time is minimized to some degree,

Finally, the beds in POFQ are queen sized, while those in other Moderates are full sized. That's a major selling point for my family.

Wilderness Lodge is another great choice. It is grand and gorgeous, with reasonably spacious rooms. The convenience here, which might be worth the expense for your traveling party, is the ease of travel between the Resort and the Parks.

Please let me know if I can be of further help!

    See you later, celebrator,
