Hi moms, having a hard time trying to decide between a two bedroom at our home DVC resort (BCV) for 4 adults, DS 11 & DD 11 or a 3 bedroom across the lake at the Boardwalk. The locations are similar but is the extra room worth giving up Stormalong Bay?

Hi, Ron! I would definitely stay with the two-bedroom villa at The Beach Club rather than have a 3-bedroom at The Boardwalk.  I've stayed at both resorts, and I prefer the location, the pool and the atmosphere of The Beach Club rather than The Boardwalk. In fact, we've actually asked for a villa closest to the end so that we can walk out onto the pathway that leads to the International Gateway of Epcot.

Besides, my children treat Storm-a-long Bay like a trip to a water park which helps to maximize our vacation dollars, and my husband and I love the dining options at The Yacht & Beach Clubs. Plus, we enjoy the activities and dining on The Boardwalk, but we prefer to leave all that hustle and bustle once we retire to our villa.  I would give each couple their own bedrooms and put the two kids in the living area. I think you'll find that the 2-bedroom is plenty big enough for you...especially since you don't spend much time in the rooms anyway.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel, and come back if you have more questions. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
