Mom And Son On Run

We haven't been to WDW since MagicBands. I don't ride a lot of rides, my son loves rides. Can I get fast passes on my band for certain rides and then he can use my band to get on the rides? Or are the bands specific to each person and he can't use mine?

Sounds like your next trip to Disney World is going to have some firsts. Our family has really enjoyed the new MagicBands and the flexibility they have given us in getting to the parks. We no longer have to be at rope-drop to get FastPasses for our favorite attractions!

Although I have told guests in the past that they could share their FP+ entitlements with someone else in their party because Disney does not require you to give your fingerprint to access the FP+ on your MagicBand, I have learned recently that Disney states on its website that MagicBands are not to be shared. So, I guess this goes under the category of taking the advice of Jiminy Crickett and to let your conscience be your guide.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
