Very happy to be planning another Disney trip! Is the current Family Magic tour at MK similar to the new Sorcerers of the MK? The descriptions sound similar so I was wondering about the benefits of paying for the FMT vs. the free Sorcerers game. Thanks!

Hi, Stephanie!  The Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom is an interactive, role playing game that you and your family complete at your own pace.  You receive spell cards that work at various portals around the Magic Kingdom.  My tweeenagers love it!  The Family Magic Tour is for a slightly younger crowd, and Guests go on a one and a half to two-hour guided interactive quest. A Cast Member is your guide for this experience which is more like a scavenger hunt/mystery than the first experience.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
