    What happens if I have a fastpass for an attraction that goes down or is closed?

    Hiya John!

    Thank you so much for stopping by!  

    The My Disney Experience mobile app and FastPass+ make enjoying the parks so much easier, even when an attraction is down or unavailable.  We had this very experience before and I'll tell you, it was a piece of cake to handle!  We received an email that our selection wasn't available, and were given a choice of other FastPass+ experiences to choose from instead, or given the option to return to the attraction once it was operational again!  Making the switch using the My Disney Experience app was a piece of cake!  

    If you have any issues or questions if the situation arises, please speak with the Cast Members located near the attraction entrance for help and they'll be able to assist you!
