    What happens if I arrive during my designated FastPass arrival window and the attraction is closed due to technical difficulties? I would want another FastPass for that attraction but it may not reopen that day.

    Hello Ray!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  

    If the ride is down during your FastPass+ selection time, you will be given an alternate FastPass+ selection to use.  If you are using a MyDisneyExperience account, you should be sent an email when the ride goes down alerting you.  The email will also give you directions on what to do next.  The FastPass+ selection shows up as "Choice of Experience", so you'll be able to use it for the same attraction if it reopens for the day or you can choose something else from the list it generates if you wish to move on.  If you have any questions about it while you are there, you can always head to the nearest FastPass+ kiosk and get help there.  I wouldn't worry about it too much, in all of my Disney travels my latest trip in March was the first time I have ever had a ride go down when I was in line.
