If you happen to arrive a couple hours before check in is it possible to check in a little early or would you get charged? I think we will have a couple hours to kill when we arrive and am wondering what to do. We are staying at the All Star Music Resort.

    Hi Maureen!

Thanks for coming to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are getting ready for an incredible Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I love to start my vacation as early as possible so we can enjoy as much fun as possible during our trip. Be sure to take advantage of the FastPass+ System so you can really maximize your time in the theme parks!

When you arrive at Disney's All-Star Music Resort, you will find that you are able to start your magical vacation right away! You are welcome to head to the Front Desk to complete your check-in process and ask if there are any available rooms. Since check-in is at 3:00 p.m., you are not guaranteed that you will be able to access your room, but you may be lucky and there may be something available!

I recommend that you complete Online Resort Check-In prior to your trip, which will make the start of your trip go as smoothly as possible. This process will allow you to make room requests or bypass specific room requests in favor of the first room available. Completing Online Resort Check-In will give you the best shot at a room being ready for your earlier arrival!

Even if you can't get into your room, you can still begin your vacation whenever you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Simply stop by Bell Services at Disney's All-Star Music Resort to securely check your bags and then you are free to head to a theme park, Disney Springs or enjoy the dining and recreation at any of the Disney Resort hotels!

Let us know if you have any additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
