I am from Hamilton, Ontario Canada. I work part time & my husband is BFS, so money is tight right now. Want to go in the summer. When do you feel is the best time to go & which way is the better deal: to stay at Disney or in a condo close to DWD?

    Hi Lara!

The summer can often be an expensive time to travel.  There really isn't much difference price wise between July and August. We have found that a more inexpensive time to vacation at Disney is in October. If you are planning on flying to Orlando I would consider flying out from Buffalo.  We use southwest airlines.  We have found that the fares are much cheaper than the prices of flights leaving from Toronto.
    There website is www.southwest.com.

I don't know of any condos close to Disney that I could recommend to you but if you were to stay on Disney property I would look into the value resorts.  They are reasonably priced and offer very nice accomodations.  The advantage to staying on property is that you can use the Disney transportation services for free.  The Disney Magical Express will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. While you are staying at Disney there are shuttle buses that take you all around the Disney property.  From the different parks and water parks to Downtown Disney it is all free of charge. This service is helpful because you won't need to rent a car.  I have linked you with the list of value resort hotels.  Click here to see this list.
