Are there guidelines on water bottles that can be brought into the park? Can metal bottles (ex: yeti water bottles) be brought into all 4 parks?

Hi, Amy! This is a great question, so I am glad you stopped by today! If there is one tip I give my friends more than any other, it is to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! This is especially important to remember as we head into the summer months. That Florida sun can leave you a little more than just pixie-dusted, so do remember to drink plenty of water and wear your sunscreen!

Guests are welcome to bring into any Walt Disney World Resort area nonalcoholic beverages, provided they are not in glass containers. Metal bottles are fine and my daughters have actually used theirs at the parks several times. My husband brought his Yeti cup into Epcot last November and this leads me to a good point to share with you. Most of the large metal bottles and cups, such as Yeti brand ones, do not have a handle on them for ease in carrying. Speaking from experience, this often means it gets left behind somewhere (Dad!). A stroller with cup holders can make keeping up with it more convenient. I actually prefer to bring our refillable Disney mugs that we purchase at our resort. When they get lost (Dad!), then I can just show my receipt and get another one to replace it. These are easy to refill with water across the theme parks. By the way, you are welcome to stop at any Quick Service dining location to pick up a (or eight) complimentary cup of water. Just pour it in your choice of refillable mug and you are good to go!

Amy, if you do by chance lose your awesome metal bottle, feel free to stop by the Lost and Found location at the park and it may just turn back up for you! Of note, we found my husband's Yeti the first time, but not the second time (again, Dad?) he lost it.

I hope this information helps you plan for a well-hydrated day in the parks! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
