What are the guidelines on canceling a flex reservation?

Greetings, Kristine, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I always enjoy helping my fellow Californians plan their next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth

First off, I’m so glad you’re a member of the Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder family, or thinking about becoming one soon! I’ve been a Passholder on-and-off for more than 20 years, and am so thankful for the magic that comes along with this special membership. Two of my fellow Panelists, Tiffanie S. and Andres V., both have the Disney Flex Passport, and can’t say enough great things about it. If anyone in your party needs to cancel a Flex Passport reservation, here’s the process to follow:  First, visit the “My Annual Passports” page online or the “Tickets and Passes” page on the Disneyland app to remove the Passholder, or cancel the entire reservation by 11:59 PM PT the day before. If you don’t cancel your reservation in time, and still fail to show up, this will result in a “no-show.” After three “no-shows” within 90 days, your Passport will be blocked from making any new reservations for 30 days, starting the day after the third “no-show.” However, you will still be able to use your Disney Flex Passport to visit the parks on any “Good to Go” dates, subject to capacity.

Have you heard about the exciting new AP Magic program? It’s filled with exciting perks and extra opportunities for magic in the theme parks, just for Annual Passholders! If you aren’t already, be sure to follow along on Facebook and Twitter so you don’t miss any of the fun! For starters, be sure to stop by Alfresco Tasting Terrace in Disney California Adventure Park for some delicious new signature cocktails in an exclusive setting just for Annual Passholders!

Hope to see ya’ real soon, Kristine!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 8, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
