I am going to be guided by the two-day magical kingdom touring plan from the unofficial guide. If we stick by this does it ensure I will see all of the Magic Kingdom?

    Hi, Brittany!

There are many "unofficial" guides and tour plans that you will find in books and online. You will have to be the judge if the plans they suggest fit your family's travel habits and if the plan checks off all of your "to do" items. I really do not know if any plan can guarantee you can see all of the Magic Kingdom, but I will give you my personal tips to make the most of your day.

Start by getting to the Magic Kingdom 30 minutes prior to opening. Have a plan of where you would want to head first. Many choose Tomorrowland where you can enjoy Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, the TTA Peoplemover, and more. Others head to Fantasyland to the ever popular Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Enjoy the first hour or two of your day with usually lighter crowds. (During this time, enjoy the rides you do NOT have a FastPass+ planned.) Since the lines are typically shorter in the morning, I do not schedule my first FastPass+ until about 11am. After that first FastPass+ we enjoy lunch, then have our next two FastPass+ selected for 12:30pm and 1:30pm.

After a busy morning, you have a few options - book your "rolling FastPass+" after using the third one and keep enjoying the park. Your other option is to book a rolling FastPass+ for later in the evening, and head back to your resort for a quick splash in the pool or just some down-time in your room. (If you plan on a late night, a break might be nice!)  Either way, use that early morning to see and do as much as possible. By using time wisely and having FastPass+ selected, you will maximize your time.

And MOST important...You will NOT see and do everything. The important thing is to enjoy the magic, stop for a family photo, get a Mickey Ice Cream Bar, watch the Castle Stage show. It is the little things that will make for magical memories for you and your family! Enjoy!
