Where is guest services at BK and Epcot? Are they before you go into the park or after you go through the turnstyles? We have two free fastpasses and we are hoping to do this before we enter the parks before they open. Thank you!

    Hey Susan,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sending us such a great question. I am so happy to help you today.

All four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks have Guest Relations areas located both before and after the Ticket turnstiles. The ones before are normally Guest Relations windows.

This awesome link shows you a map of all four Theme Parks and where their Guest Relations lobbies, windows and areas are located.

Below I have listed the Guest Relations areas located before the turnstiles for all four Theme Parks so that you can view them on the Maps:

    Magic Kingdom Park-
Guest Relations Window at Magic Kingdom Park

    Epcot-
Guest Relations Window at Epcot Main Entrance

    Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park-

    Disney’s Hollywood Studios-

Susan, I hope I have helped better plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Please visit us again if you have any more questions!
