If I had a guest assistance photo for rides back in October/November 2015 Do I have to ask again when I go this month?

Greetings, Ericka, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for this excellent question regarding Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS).

I am happy to hear that you benefitted from this inclusive and convenient service last year and would like to share that you'll still have to visit any Theme Park Guest Relations to speak to a Cast Member about the Disability Access Service, with your entire travel party. A quick photograph will have to be taken and all MagicBands or Theme Park Admission Cards associated with the Disability Access Service. May I offer Disney's Guest Services (407) 939-2273 for any specific questions you may have.

Ericka, you may wish to take a look at Disney's Services for Guests with Disabilities designed to afford you a comfortable, inclusive and positively memorable experience during your visit.

Have you heard about Autumn at Walt Disney World Resort offering special events, activities, and attractions? Don't forget to customize and control your vacation through My Disney Experience online and mobile app for your Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ Planning, personalizing MagicBands and much more to optimize your visit.

Best Disney Wishes for a Magical Vacation, Ericka!
