If you have the Guest Assistance Card for 2 members in my party that cant do lines.do you still need the FastPass for the rides? I'm confused.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Kelly ~

There have been a lot of changes at Disney World over the past year and it can be a little confusing. No worries - we are hEAR to help you!

The Guest Assistance Card (GAC) has now been replaced with the Disability Access Service Card (DAS). It works a little different than the GAC did in the past.

The DAS is designed to assist Guests who are unable to wait in a regular queue for a number of medical reasons, including those that are not apparent. If you have members in your party that will have trouble waiting in a standard queue, I'd suggest going to Guest Relations at the first theme park you visit to request a DAS for each of them. Here are some details explaining how to obtain a DAS and how it works in the parks. You can also find some additional information in this list of Frequently Asked Questions about the DAS.

The DAS can be used in addition to Disney FastPass+ service (FP+). Here are some details on how FP+ works. If you are eligible to make FP+ selections prior to your trip, I would encourage you to do so.

If at any time you have questions or need assistance regarding the DAS while you are in the parks, please do not hesitate to return to Guest Relations.

Please feel free to visit us again with any other questions. It is our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
