Is there a way to guarantee to get 2 adjoining rooms at booking? It looks like you can just request, but we've done that before and not received. With 2 families traveling (4 and 2), we need the space, separation and joining rooms. Way to guarantee?

Hi Nancy, in the past we have been guaranteed if the children outnumber the adults.  However, that may not be the case with two families.  You probably have this request already noted in your reservations (if you don't call and add that request) but another thing you might want to try is to call the resort directly a day or two before your arrival.  Explain to them that it's important for you to have the adjoining rooms and they may be able to work something out before it gets crazy on check-in day.  Also, when you check-in, if adjoining rooms are not available, let them know you will be willing to wait if the request can be granted later in the day.  You can always leave your belongings with Bell Services and start enjoying your vacation as you wait for your rooms to be ready.

The good news is if you make the request, Disney will do what they can to accommodate it, but as you know, the request can't always be guaranteed.  Good luck!  Diane
