We have a group of 5 going to WDW in Fall of 2018. Can one person who has the MyDisneyExperience on his phone plan all of our dining, Fast Passes for our entire trip(8days), or does each person do their own?

    Hi Carolyn!

When traveling with a group to Walt Disney World it is best to put one person in charge to make the final plans. Trying to coordinate everyone is the hardest part to obtain magic but Disney has tried to make it as easy as possible.

Select one person who is Disney savvy to arrange for all of the FastPasses for the group. Everyone will need to establish and open their own My Disney Experience Account. Once everyone has done this then you will need to link all of your family and friends. As long as everyone of your group has a ticket linked to their account you can have one person do all of the FastPass selections.

The lead person simply chooses a date and a park. Then they select a time and an attraction. They click on each name they wish to share in that same time for a FastPass attraction. Then click on the available FastPass time that is shown and you will all have that experience together. When each individual attempts to do it themselves you will find it much harder to get the same time or even the same attraction. Sometimes things can become unavailable within seconds.

Get together and decide what everyone would like to do and set your calendar so you know the day you can begin making the 8 day vacation FastPasses. And don’t forget you can make different attractions for different persons but it just takes more time.

Enjoy the planning for this great vacation for the five of you!
