Group of 60 people. I understand I can share MM with up to 25 people in my Friends and Family list, but am I able to choose which 25 I share it with if I have more in my list. Not everyone wants to share the cost, so I need to choose the ones who do.

Hot dog Melissa! I thought that visiting Walt Disney World with 18 family members was a lot, chEARs to you for managing a party of 60!

It sounds like you have a great vacation coming up. I can’t think of a better place than the Resort to capture the attention of everyone in your party. Disney Springs and Epcot for the foodies and shoppers, Fantasyland for the littles, and the thrills of Disney’s Hollywood Studios for everyone in between.

Memory Maker is THE perfect way to capture all the memories you are about to make. The Disney PhotoPass Photographers are excellent at catching those “little” moments, and one of my favorite things they do is ensure that everyone is in the picture! If you haven’t already, create an account on My Disney Experience. Once you purchase Memory Maker, go to the “My Reservations and Tickets” section. Click the Memory Maker link and enter the ticket order number /ID. From here, you can decide who has ownership of the Memory Maker. This way, you can determine who “owns” the Memory Maker. You can be the sole owner, or split ownership.

Even if you end up being the sole owner, your family and friends can still share and add photos to your account. When they accept your connect invitation on My Disney Experience, you will be able to share photos by clicking the checkbox next to your name on their lists. That way anyone on your list can add pictures to the account via a tap of their MagicBand or PhotoPass Card.

Make sure to edit, save, and download your fantastic photos before they expire. Currently, this date is 45 days from the day the picture is taken. I would also suggest that you purchase Memory Maker in advance. You will have significant savings if you do. Just make sure to buy at least three days before you start using the service.

Melissa, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. chEARs to a “snap-tastic” holiday!
