We are a group of 5. 2 moms and 3 kids, ages 6,6, and 3. Their favorite ride is the seven dwarf mine train (we have 4 fp for the week). Anyway, I wanted to know what the riding options would be for sitting together.

    Hello Brooke –

Welcome back for another visit at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am thrilled to hear about your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is such a delightful ride that features cutting-edge technology along with the mastery of Disney story telling. My family loves that there are thrilling drops that blend seamlessly with scenic portrayals of the Snow White movie.

It is great that you have so many FastPass + options to maximize your time in the Magic Kingdom Park, but if you decide to go through the line, your children will find wonderful interactive games to keep them occupied.

As far as riding options go, each car in the mine holds two people across and there are two rows. Remember that your 3- year-old must be at least 38 inches tall in order to ride with you. An adult will have to sit directly next to the preschooler.

Your two 6-year-olds can sit together while the other mom will sit directly behind them. I would definitely “sandwich” your kids between the 2 of you moms! Brooke, I hope your trip plans are coming together nicely, but if you need more help please come back to see us.
