    Claire from BC Asked

Group of 8 coming to DW. I've got all of the tickets and I added 3 of them to my Disney Experience app. My sister in law needs to add the other 5 to HER account, but I can't see which ticket numbers I added to my app. How do I find the numbers?

Hi, Claire! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Unfortunately, I can’t see a way to view the ticket numbers once they’ve been linked to your My Disney Experience account either online or through the My Disney Experience mobile app. Luckily, though, all hope is not lost! Just call and speak to a Cast Member at the “Existing Tickets” or “My Disney Experience, MagicBand and FastPass+” helpline and they’ll be happy to help.

If your entire Party is connected through your Family & Friends list, though, you can go ahead and put the remaining 5 tickets into your My Disney Experience account and just assign them to the other members of your Party. Then (as long as your sister-in-law and her family are linked to your list), the tickets will be connected to them. The only potential glitch here might be if she manages a minor’s account (her own child’s, for example) that you don’t have access to. This can be fixed as well, though, and the Cast Member on the helpline should be able to assist you with making that connection as well.

Making sure you’re all linked together as Family & Friends will also allow you to book dining reservations and FastPass+ experiences for your entire group. And if at least one of you has purchased Memory Maker, you’ll be able to share those photos with each other, too!

Enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Claire! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
