    Hi Luciana,

The week between Christmas and New Year's is going to be very crowded.  It's possible that on December 31 the parks could reach capacity rather early in the day.  Epcot is a large park that can accommodate quite a number of guests, so it's possible that you could arrive that late, but I would really recommend arriving earlier in the day.

Also, don't forget to factor in travel time.  If you're traveling from a Disney resort, keep in mind that the queues can be quite long at this time of year, so you may have to wait longer than usual for a bus.  If you're driving, the traffic and parking may both be an issue -- especially if you are planning on arriving that late in the evening.

If I were trying to visit the parks on New Year's Eve, I would plan on arriving early and spending a long day.  You can always sleep the next day.  Plus, you'll see a significant drop in park attendance after the holiday weekend.  The last week of your visit should be quite relaxing.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
