Great panel, could not have planned this vacation without all of you. Travelling from Polynesian to breakfast at Cape May Cafe. After monorail to Epcot can we walk to Beach Club Resort, if so how long will it take and if not what is our alternative?

To get from the Polynesian to the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club for breakfast, I would actually NOT get there via the monorail to Epcot. The Beach Club is quite near Epcot, but it is only near the International Gateway to Epcot located in the World Showcase. The monorail stop is at the completely opposite end of Epcot, near the Spaceship Earth "golf ball." To get from there to the BC, you'd have to enter Epcot (assuming it's even open, which, if you're going to breakfast it might well not be), go through security, use a park admission ticket, and then walk about 20 minutes through Epcot and out the other side. None of this is ideal.

Instead, I would take a bus from the Polynesian to Disney's Hollywood Studios. From DHS there is a boat launch that will take you to the Beach Club. The boat is lovely and relaxing, or if you were feeling ambitious you could also walk. The distance is similar to the walk from the front of Epcot to the BC, but you don't have to enter the park, go through security, or use an admission ticket.

I would leave about an hour to make this trip using Disney transportation. Another alternative would be to take a cab. To save time going to resort-based character breakfasts, my family often takes taxis. You will get there in about half the time. There is no need for transfers. And the cost is usually less than $15.00.

    Hope this makes sense.
