Great bathroom tips. We are staying at PC & have b4, like it, don't love it. Thinking about a moderate b/c of staying 7 nights and needing some good down time....pls recmnd a moderate...also, 6 park days, do you recmnd daily brks or taking a day off?

Eileen, I'm loving these questions! When we stay at a value resort, we stay at Pop Century. And we luckily never got stuck in the 80s. Hiyo!!

The differences between a moderate resort and a value resort are subtle. You'll usually find a little more space in the room, a double sink, coffee maker, towels at the pool, toothpaste in your hairbrush. No wait. That last one's mine.

I have a strong dislike toward Caribbean Beach. I do enjoy Port Orleans quite a bit. If you're accustomed to Pop Century, Port Orleans French Quarter is a nice step up. The transportation is easy to figure out plus you get boat service to Downtown Disney. The pool is pretty awesome too, as is strolling down the cobblestone street of Rue d' Bega.

I'd recommend planning downtime as midday breaks rather than taking a full day off. Since you're there for seven nights, I'd recommend getting park tickets for eight days. Why? Because the price-per-day of park tickets goes down significantly after you hit the 5-day mark ("the more days you play, the less you pay per day.") Run some scenarios on DisneyWorld.com to see what I'm talkin' about.

    What else ya got?!
