My grandson's ticket has Minnie Mouse on it - can I switch it with his sister's Goofy ticket in the reassign ticket option?

    Hey Karen-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I totally understand your dilemma. The exact same thing happened in our family. One of my sons received a Minnie Mouse ticket and was really disappointed. Because he was over 10 years old, I switched tickets with him and took the Minnie Mouse. Hey, I love all the characters and we never use the hard ticket because we link them to our MagicBands through our Disney accounts in My Disney Experience.

Yes, you absolutely may reassign the tickets in My Disney Experience if your grandkids are both under the age of 10 years or both over the age 10 years and their names are not printed on the tickets. If one is over 10 years old and one under 10 years old or their names are printed on the ticket then I suggest you contact a Cast Member in ticketing at (407-WDISNEY or 407-934-7639) to explain the situation. Ticket prices change once a guest reaches 10 years old.

Disney Dad Tip: MagicBands are a fun, wearable technology that store your tickets, FastPass+ selections and are a fantastic souvenir. I know your grandkids will love wearing Mickey on their wrist as they touch their way into the theme parks through FastPass+ entrances.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
