my grandson will have the disability pass, how does that work for fantasmic?

Hello, Diane! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question!

As you are aware, Disability Access Service provides a virtual wait for Guests who cannot wait in traditional queues. This service works great for the many attractions at the Disneyland Resort, but for shows like Fantasmic!, the accommodations under this service don't necessarily apply. There isn't a typical line for Fantasmic!, but rather different viewing areas for folks with Fantasmic! Dining Package reservations, those with FASTPASS tickets, and those waiting standby. There is also a designated handicap accessible viewing section. This section is generally just to the right of the center viewing area, but it's best to find a Cast Member before the show begins to direct you to the exact location if you need a handicap accessible spot.

Also, since you'll be stopping by City Hall when you arrive to discuss your needs and obtain Disability Access Service, it's probably a good idea to ask about Fantasmic! and other shows at this time. Cast Members can discuss all available accommodations so you know just how to plan your day at the parks. If you have any additional questions before your travel dates, you can call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 for additional information.

I hope your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is full of magic and memories!
