Grands are traveling with us this & we want it to be as convenient as possible for them to go back and forth to the parks/hotel throughout the day. Which is the easiest/fastest to access the most parks Polynesian or Wilderness Lodge?

    Hi Heather,

Trips with Grandparents are so much fun.  They add a whole new dimension to your vacation.  My parents have come with us on many trips, and my children love it.

As for which resort would be more accessible/convenient, I'd vote for the Polynesian.  Both are lovely properties and uniquely themed.  In addition, both are Magic Kingdom-area resorts.  At the Wilderness Lodge, access to the Magic Kingdom is via a boat launch from your hotel.  The other theme parks are accessed via bus.  (You could take the boat to the Magic Kingdom and then the Monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center to connect to Epcot, but the bus would be faster.)

The Polynesian Resort is on the monorail line.  The monorail actually runs through the property.  Access to both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot  are via the monorail. (To get to Epcot, you have to switch monorails at the Ticket and Transportation Center, but this is very convenient and quick.) You would take a bus to either Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.

Again, both resorts are excellent choices, however, if you are deciding based on ease of getting to the most parks, the "Poly" is my pick.

    Have a great trip!
