We have 2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and a 3 year old that want to book a vaca in Dec. Does anyone have any experience with this and know where the best place for us to stay would be. We would like affordable but be able to stay together.

    Hi Kylie,

My family has taken multi-generational trips to Walt Disney World quite often.  We love giving our son the opportunity to make Disney memories with his grandparents.  When I was seven, I traveled with my parents, sister, and grandmother to Walt Disney World for the first time.  I still carry wonderful memories with me from that magnificent trip today.  Kudos to you for planning a similar trip for your little boy.

You may want to look into booking a family suite at Disney's All Star Music Resort if all of you wish to stay in the same accommodation.  These rooms accommodate six and, since this is a Disney value resort, the fees are quite reasonable.  Renting a cabin at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground would also keep your party of five together and situate you very close to the Magic Kingdom.  That's a real perk for families traveling with preschoolers.  Yet another great option, however, is to simply request adjoining or adjacent rooms at any of the other Disney resorts.  This would keep you all close together but still permit each family unit a little more privacy at the end of the day.

Whichever option you choose, I'm sure your vacation will be pure magic!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
