My grandparents are coming to disney for their first times and they are going to need to rent motorized scooters. If we rent those through disney is there a special card they will get that will give them special priveliges to get in front and can we all go

Hi, Tammy!  For guests with disabilities, there are guest assistance cards that can be used to help try to make special accommodations so that their visit to Walt Disney World is as magical as it can be.  The guest assistance cards are available at guest services at any of the theme parks, and you will just need to explain what your grandparents' disabilities are (or what their special needs are) so that the cast members can determine what the best way to accommodate them might be.

Not all attractions provide front of the line access with a guest assistance card.  If your grandparents' need is that they can't stand long periods of time, they may be offered an area where they can sit and wait for an attraction to load, or they might be offered access through a fast pass line.  The accommodations that can be made vary by attraction and by specific needs.

Every effort is made to make sure your party stays together, however, in the case of large groups, it may not always be possible.  This is something that is also determined on an individual attraction or specific need basis.

I hope your grandparents enjoy a magical, memorable first trip to Walt Disney World!
