My granddaughter has a heart condition will she be able to obtain a disability access pass?

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Guests at Walt Disney World are able to be take part in the Disability Access Service which is a service offered to Guests with Disabilities. Upon arrival at any of the WDW Theme Parks, head on over to Guest Services and they will register your granddaughter.  Once she is registered, the DAS will limit her wait time for any attractions she may want to experience. How does this work? DAS works just like a FastPass+. Your granddaughter will be provided with a timeframe in which she can return with her guests to enjoy her attraction.

Diane's Tip of the Day:  Looking for some great Disney merchandise for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation?  The Shop Disney Parks App offers a variety of selections.  Make sure to check it out today.

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to help spread some pixie dust.
