We have 5 grandchildren the youngest at the time of travel will be 2yrs I know you don't have to purchase a ticket for him but how will he be allowed into the theme parks

    Hi Toni!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. As the mom to two little guys, I know how magical it is to experience the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks through the eyes of little ones! My youngest is 2 years old and he loves to enjoy the attractions, parades, live shows and character experiences at each of the theme parks with the other big kids in our family. As you know, Guests under 3 years old receive complimentary admission to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and do not need admission tickets. So when you arrive at the admission gates, simply inform the Cast Member that your grandson is 2 years old and they will allow him entrance into the theme park with the rest of your family. Similarly, since he does not have a ticket, you will not book FastPass+ reservations for him. So when you are redeeming a FastPass+ reservation, notify that the Cast Member of his age and he will be able to enjoy the attraction or character experience with the rest of your family using the FastPass+ queue. Often, my little one likes to touch his wrist to the Mickey touch point, just like we touch our MagicBands to the touch point, so he can be just like one of the big kids!

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
