Where is a good place to stay on site with a full kitchen for a family of 15?

I do not know of anywhere on WDW property where a family of 15 could stay in one "room." To get that many people in one accommodation, you would likely need to rent an entire home off-site.

There are a few "Grand Villas" at the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resorts that have three bedrooms, in additional to three bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a full kitchen, but these accommodations sleep a maximum of 12.

My suggestion to you would be to rent two two-bedroom villa rooms at any of the DVC resorts. (These include Old Key West, the Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club Villas, and Saratoga Springs.) The two-bedroom villas sleep up to eight people each. They include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, and a full kitchen. You can ask your reservation agent to try to put your party in rooms that are near each other.
