    Good Morning, Going to the Beach Club in 12 days! I added a request to our reservation for a full balcony but it does not appear in my online reservation. Should I call again? Thanks so much for your enjoyable advice on all the topics.

    Hi, Susan! If you called to have the request added to your reservation, you should be sure as sunshine that it's there. The consumer-facing website doesn't mirror the reservation system on all fields displayed. 

    I like to call our resort prior to arrival to affirm that all is in good order. They've always seen my requests noted on our reservation and they've always accommodated us.

    Cast members at the Beach Club assign rooms the morning of your arrival. I'd recommend giving a call to the Beach Club (407-934-8000) the morning you're supposed to arrive to help improve your chances.

    If you do get a room with a full balcony, no heckling us little people down below, okay?
