Good morning! I will be traveling with a 9 month old in June and July. Do I need to include her on dining reservations and dessert party reservations? Thank you! Samantha

    Hi, there!

Samantha, I'm so pleased to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this summer. And with a little one in tow! You're sure to have a magical stay.

When you make dining reservations or book a spot for one of the sweet dessert parties from the Enchanted Extras Collection, be sure to include your infant in your total party size. You certainly won't be charged for her, but it's important that you reserve space for her.

That said, you don't need to make FastPass+ selections for your little princess. She's welcome to enter the FastPass+ queue along with you! I think you'll find that there are many family-friendly attractions in the theme parks you can enjoy together. When my babies were that age, they especially loved boat ride attractions like "it's a small world" and attractions with gentle, easy tracks like Peter Pan's Flight. Oh, what precious memories we made!

My family loves visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in the summer months. The theme parks often have extended hours, and my kids are big fans of the Resort hotel pools. It is HOT, though! Be sure to check out my best tips for keeping your baby girl cool and content during your vacation.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Samantha. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
