Good morning, everyone! We are travelling to Disneyworld, the last two weeks of November, 6 adults and two baby girls (one year old and year and a half). I need advice on where to go and tips on visiting the parks with the lil girls. Thanks for the help!

    Hi Ana,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I think that you are off to a great start in planning your vacation to Walt Disney World. In November, the weather should be quite nice, so you should not have to worry too much about keeping the little ones cool. We took our daughter to Walt Disney World when she was a baby and a toddler, and I do have a few tips for making the vacation successful and fun for all.

First, try to arrive at the theme parks early, even 30 minutes before the theme park is scheduled to open. Many guests arrive later in the morning, so by arriving early you can take advantage of shorter lines to do many attractions before the crowds get too heavy. Also, while you are at the theme parks, take advantage of the Baby Care Centers. These are located in each theme park and offer a quiet, air conditioned space to feed and change the babies, and to let them relax and have some downtime in a nice space. They also have merchandise for sale for the care of small children, so if you forget diapers or wipes someday, this is a great place to go.

If the babies still take naps, I suggest going back to your resort to allow them to do so. We always found that doing this let everyone have a happier day! Since you have so many adults, I would suggest splitting up at this time. It may be that you have some adults who would also appreciate a midday break, while others may want to stay at the theme parks to experience some more thrilling attractions that the babies cannot do. Then you can all come back together later in the day for some more whole group touring.

I would love to help you more, Ana; however, I am limited in the space that I have to answer. If you have more questions about planning your Walt Disney World vacation with little ones, please do not hesitate to ask!
