Family planning a trip

    Good day! I booked vacation package for myself and family (husband; 3 kids). Oldest son set up MDE, but I need to figure out how he can see all 4 of us in his plans (husband & 2 other kids don't have MDE). Can you possibly assist us please?

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I'm so excited to hear you have booked a vacation package for your family!  I think you'll find that My Disney Experience is an incredibly helpful tool to simplify your vacation.  You'll be able to have everything from your dining reservations to your FastPass+ selections to your resort reservations all in one location.  And with the addition of the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can have access to your plans on the go.

    For assistance with the technical side of My Disney Experience, I find it easiest to contact the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 where a friendly cast member will be able to assist with updating your account.
