How good or bad is it to visit WDW with a 13 yr old with a broken foot ? He has a walking cast but that will get old. What about a wheelchair or a motorized chair ?

First of all, Gary, I don't know if it's even possible that visiting Walt Disney World could be a bad thing.  With that said, though, I can understand your concerns.  Because you will be covering a lot (and I really mean a lot) of ground during your visit, it may very well be in your best interest to rent either a wheelchair or motorized scooter for the young man in question.  Otherwise, by the end of the day he's sure to be aching and that's not fun for anybody.  You can rent either of those things from Disney or by booking with a third-party prior to your arrival.  Buena Vista Scooters is one of five companies that Disney has named as an approved vendor, meaning that booking with them will enable the representative to drop off your wheelchair or scooter before you arrive.  It will also allow you to drop it off with bell services when you check out of your resort.  I hope that helps!
