I will be gong to WDW next may with my 2 year old doughter. Wich are the best places to buy her healthy food in each park? Thanks

    Hello Valeria,

I will admit - a few months ago, eating healthy at Disney World was not much of a concern for me. But now, I have made some lifestyle changes and am more mindful of what I eat.

So when I hit the Parks in a few weeks, these are a few of the places to which I'll be going.
    • Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. There are always some kind of great salads, tofu dish, or rotisserie chicken here.
    • Tangierine Cafe in Epcot. Think hummus and couscous.
    • Cosmic Ray's in Magic Kingdom. I like veggie burgers. But when we were last there, there was a turkey sandwich on the kids menu too.
If I remember correctly, kids meals have the choice of french fries or veggie sticks or fruit slices. Also, many quick service restaurants and snack carts will have fresh fruit, pretzels, and frozen fruit bars. One of those is bound to make your toddler happy!

I hope this helps. Here's wishing you and your Princess have a magical trip!
