    What is a Gold Pass

    Hello Lisa,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking such a great question about Disney's Annual Passholder Program
Being the holder of an annual pass to Walt Disney World Resort really does make a Guest feel rather special and could almost provide that magical keys to the kingdom kind of experience!  Plus being an annual passholder also benefits Guests with many different unbeatable discounts, special offers and perks
At present the Annual Passholder Program Options for all Guests consists of the Disney Platinum Plus Pass, the Disney Platinum Pass and a Water Parks Annual Pass.
I thought you may also find these Annual Passholder Program - Frequently Asked Questions to be an extra useful planning resource.
I have to say that I wasn't terribly familiar with a Gold Pass, so after a quick Google search I believe that a Golden Pass could possibly have been a type of special lifetime award given to particular Guests or dignitaries in years gone past.
    Have a great Disney day!
    ~ Jane
