Is it going to be to hot late June for my 13 month old to handle? If so are their air conditioned places for us to rest and cool off? I don't handle the heat well so I'm terrified he and I will get there and not have any fun. Any tips or advice?

Yes, unfortunately, as you approach the end of June you should expect it to be warm.    However, there are plenty of indoor activities and shows that will allow you to still enjoy yourself.    My best piece of advice is to utilize Disney's baby care centers.    These were designed specifically for parents with young children.   Inside you will find air condition areas where you can feed your children and take a break.   Each park has its own designated baby care center.   I would suggest that when you enter each park, just ask a cast member for its location so that you can your plan your breaks accordingly.   This should hopefully help you get the most our your vacation.
