Hi! :) How do I go about registering my little guy for the Jedi Training? ( and any other cool interactive things) Thanks!

    Hi Kim,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds as if you have a serious recruit ready to join the rebel forces against the Dark Side. Take heed - the journey could be perilous.

First, you must arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios before the park opens. Get through the initial line area as quickly as possible. As soon as guests can enter, put yourselves in hyperdrive and get to the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost to sign-up. Your recruit must be with you and must be prepared to answer a few questions. Do not be alarmed.

Many exist who desire to take the Jedi path. You can increase your chances of securing a training spot if you get a pre-park opening breakfast reservation at Disney's Hollywood & Vine. On our last visit we had a breakfast reservation for 8:45 a.m., were able to enter before the park opened and signed-up our recruits for Jedi Training - Trials of the Temple, prior to breakfast.

Once you sign-up, your recruit will receive a training time. Be sure to consider your Fast Pass+ and dining reservations when accepting a training time. On our prior visits, there was always a PhotoPass photographer on hand to capture the best training photos. In one photo, our girls were 7-years old and they both looked ready to take down Darth Vader!

Once your son has helped bring peace to the galaxy, try Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom or Disney Phineas and Ferb: Agent P's World Showcase Adventure. More detailed instructions are on the respective web pages.

Kim, the forces of good are waiting for your son to join them!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
