I want to go on the Disney Fantasy to a Western Carribean cruise. What time do you think would be the best time to go???

    Hi, Gina!

Just this week, we got word that the Disney Fantasy is getting closer and closer to completion!  Did you see the time-lapse video of the last block being set into place?  The exterior portion of the ship is now complete, and work will begin focusing on the interior portions of the ship.

For a Western Caribbean itinerary aboard the Disney Fantasy, I would choose ports of call which include Costa Maya, Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Castaway Cay, and I usually like to sail in warmer waters when it's typically cold at home. Plus, if you choose a sail date now which is a little further away -- like next fall or winter -- you are more likely to grab lower cruise fares and possible incentives from travel agents.

I hope that helps you and gets you excited about sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line's newest darling which is scheduled for its maiden voyages in spring 2012.  Let me know if you think of other questions or want me to weigh in on your booking decision. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation.

    Bon voyage!
