if i were to go on a disney cruise how does the dining areas deal with peanut allergies? when we went to florida the parks were very good with this. thanks

    Hi Dena,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  This has become a very common concern - and thankfully Disney Cruise Line takes diet restrictions and food allergies very seriously.  I was impressed when I spoke with the executive chef onboard the Disney Wonder as he indicated that they can accommodate just about anything when it comes to food allergies.

To ensure that the appropriate accommodations are made, I would be sure to call (800) 951-3532 and have this noted on your reservation.  You will also need to complete a medical form, which will be available online under your reservation documents.

Once onboard, the chef will greet you during your first meal to discuss your son's allergy.  I also suggest speaking with the Youth Activities manager when you first check in to any of the clubs to affirm that they have been made aware of his allergy.

    Have a great time!
