    Juan from CA Asked

My girlfriend and I split and i currently have an Annual Pass in her name until November. Would it be possible to change the name to another person to not let the purchase go to waste? Please help.

    Hi there, Juan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for your question!

I'm sorry to hear about the situation you’re in. Unfortunately, the Disneyland Resort Annual Passport Terms and Conditions state that Annual Passports are non-transferable. So you will not be able to allow another person to use the Annual Passport that you purchased for your former girlfriend. If you opted for monthly payments, you’ll want to keep making those so that when it’s time for you to renew your Annual Passport, you won’t have any issues.

I hope you’re still able to enjoy the time remaining on your Annual Passport. There are so many wonderful things to see and do at the Disneyland Resort right now. The all-new “Magic Happens” Parade just debuted at Disneyland Park. And over at Disney California Adventure Park, Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is in full swing. Plus, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is transporting guests into the middle of an epic battle with the First Order over at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! There's plenty to keep you busy!

Enjoy your time at “The Happiest Place on Earth!” Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions!

Greetings from San Diego, CA! I'm a wife, cat mom and Disney-loving "childless millennial." I've traveled all around the world, but my favorite place to visit is "The Happiest Place on Earth!" I've been going to the Disneyland Resort for over 25 years. Each time I step through the turnstiles to enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy, I feel the magic of Walt Disney's original park. I can't wait to answer your questions and help you experience all that the Disneyland Resort has to offer! Learn More About Tiffanie
