Hi, our 3 yo girl with CHD has been able to fulfill her wish of meeting Mickey and the Princesses and so we're going in Dec. She is very excited but can also be a bit careful, what attr is she most likely enjoy?

I'm so happy that your daughter's dream of visiting Walt Disney World will be coming true! Without knowing the specifics of your daughter's medical condition, I hesitate to recommend specific rides for her. For example, Cinderella's Carousel and Dumbo are considered to be very mild rides by most, but I don't know how the rotational motion of these attractions might impact your daughter.

So rather than give you specific recommendations, I'm going to point you to the best source of information for guests with any sort of physical challenge: PassPorter's Open for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line by Deb Wills and Debra Martin Koma. This book is available for approximately $20.00 from Amazon.com and other larger booksellers. It gives detailed descriptions of every ride and attraction in the Disney parks, discussing the speed of the ride, the physical forces exerted by the ride, the seating arrangements, the nature of the waiting area, etc. After a review of this book and a consultation with your daughter's doctor, you will be better prepared to select the attractions that best suit her interests and condition.

Good luck and have a wonderful trip!
