Getting ready for our trip in 30 days and trying to decide on the photo pass +. We know we want the photo pass just not sure about upgrading. Do you know if the + will still get us the character dining pictures with the cute little photo frame envelope?

    Hi Christina!

Congratulations on your Walt Disney World vacation! It's just around the corner now - how exciting for you!

Disney's new PhotoPass+ offering includes some great, new features over and above the original PhotoCD product. For a full listing of all of the participating attractions, dining locations and inclusions, I've provided you with a link here to the Disney's PhotoPass Official Facebook Page which outlines it all as well as a list of frequently asked Q&A.

At Character Dining locations where you currently receive a printed package of photographs as a part of your dining reservation, you will still receive the printed photos as well as the digital files being uploaded to your PhotoPass account for inclusion on your PhotoCD for future printing at home.

If you're considering the upgrade, I'd highly recommend that you Pre-Order the original Disney's PhotoCD online prior to your visit, and then simply upgrade to the PhotoPass+ upon arrival at Walt Disney World. You'll save $50 off of the purchase of either product this way, whether or not you choose to upgrade. It's a great offer! Your upgrade to PhotoPass+ can be completed at any PhotoPass viewing station in the four parks, Downtown Disney and even select Disney Resorts.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Christina!
