I have a future high school graduate (Class of 2019!) who will be taking her senior pictures in Epcot during our November/Thanksgiving visit to WDW. Is there any hope of getting her Class of 2019 Mickey ears with the mini mortarboard on top?

    Hi Sharon!

Welcome BACK to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so glad that you remembered us in your quest to find the perfect senior year photo prop. How exciting that your daughter will be graduating this upcoming year, and what a great location to capture her personality to remember this upcoming year!

Graduation gifts normally appear on Disney store shelves and online early in the calendar year. I was at Walt Disney World Resort in December and did not see any graduation gear but did see these embroidered ear hats in March. This year I even noticed this graduation ear sparkly headband! Granted you need 'Class of 2019' i'm not out of ideas yet.

You can certainly contact Disney Merchandise Guest Services at 1-877-560-6477 or email them at Merchandise.Guest.Services@disneyparks.com. Another option would be ordering ears through Disney Floral and Gifts, as they do have the have the tiny hat Mickey Graduation Ears that you mentioned. A helpful Disney Floral and Gifts Cast Member would be able to give you a better time frame of when you'd be able to order a 2019 hat, or they might be able to make one specially for your trip. This item is only available as an inclusion to a gift basket or floral purchase, but that would be another way to make this trip extra special. Disney Floral and Gifts can be reached at (407) 939-4438. And my last suggestion would be to buy a set of 2018 ears and have them re-embroidered or crafted with the correct graduation year.

We'll See You, and your almost-Senior, Real Soon, Sharon!
