where is a fun (not character), yummy, non-theme park dinner, children ages 5 and 9 both on the monorail and off that doesn't require a credit card?

    Hi Virginia,

Wow!  You are keeping me on my toes. My top pick for a kid-approved, non-character meal at a resort on the monorail line that doesn't require a credit card hold for an advanced dining reservation is...(drum role, please) 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort.  This restaurant is a fabulous venue for families.  While you dine on delicious, family-style Polynesian favorites (there are a number of "typical" kids' options as well), your family will be entertained by a variety of games, including our favorite that involves kids sweeping coconuts around the restaurant.  This restaurant is very popular, and I would recommend making reservations as close to 180 days before your arrival date as possible.

    Have a magical trip!
