We are going with friends but we are staying in different rsort. CAn my friends join us at the pools at the Yacht Club Resort?

    Hey Susan-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. After pounding the pavement as theme park warriors, we need some down time. We want the sand, the ship slide and the lazy river. There is only one place to get these … Stormalong Bay at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. We loved waking up in the morning and heading down for a day of beach balls, games and dancing poolside. The Flying Jib is a pirate ship slide. You will brave the 230 ft seafaring journey into the soft sand bottomed pool waiting for you. Afterwords you may swim in the common pool or even journey around the island and under bridges on an inner tube in the lazy river.

This highly desired pool area is only for Guests of Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Cast Members will check MagicBands or Key the World Cards to make sure you are Guests of one of these resorts. There are some Walt Disney World Resort Pools that you may visit as a Guest but the rule of thumb is pools are only for Guests of the resort.

Disney Dad Tip: If you are looking for great fun and water time then everyone should get together at one of Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks. Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are fantastic. Snorkel with sharks, take a plunge down a 12-story waterslide, surf some waves or head down Teamboat Springs, everyone will love this experience.

Susan, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
